The condo is in a great location walking-wise, far enough from the busy traffic but close enough you don’t need to Uber. Condo itself had all the amenities needed. And the host was very quick to respond. Overall great place.

The house was clean and provided everything we needed at a great price point. The location is perfect for our family - close enough to walk to the beach and to some great restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Kim is amazing!! Not only does she communicate via email, but she makes herself available for pressing situations! She is friendly, helpful, & effective. Her condo is so very comfortable & welcoming. It is within walking distance to the beach, mini golf, restaurants, & shops; the road is fairly busy. I would absolutely stay in this condo again!

Kim's place was fantastic, and the location couldn’t be better—right next to the beach with a beautiful view of the dunes. We planned to park the car and hit the beach before checking in to avoid traffic. When we checked if we could park there early, they let us know that we could check in a couple of hours ahead since cleaning was already done, which was a great bonus. Thank you so much! There was plenty of space for the five of us, and the provided linens and indoor towels made packing much easier. The host was responsive whenever we had questions. Highly recommended!

This is a great place to stay in Ocean City. It is very spacious and comfortable and only 2 blocks from the beach. The door lock is a little tricky and the one time I couldn’t get it unlocked Kim was there within 20 minutes with another key and WD40. We really enjoyed our stay!

Kim Jones is a local realtor and an outstanding property manager. We were new to the rental owner aspect and after our first meeting with Kim, we felt the start of a bonding friendship and a great business relationship. Her one-on-one relationship with us as owners, as well as her continuing communication with renters to make their stays a memorable experience has been amazing. Also, our cleaning person takes great care to make sure our rental home is clean and in order before each rental, and the maintenance staff takes care of any issues in a timely fashion.
