Enter downstairs to a large guest suite which has own bathroom, large living space natural gas fireplace and own slider to balcony on the dock. The second-floor features two story family room with gas fireplace. The abundance of natural light gives an open and airy living area. Corian kitchen opens to waterfront living room, cathedral ceiling, and balcony with multi sliders. There is a large bedroom with bathroom on this floor. On the 3rd floor there are two more bedrooms, each with own bath. Relax while checking out the amazing bay views from the Master Bedroom balcony, which provides a soaking tub and stall shower. NOTE:

There is a community BBQ grill located on dock in front of pool, that can be used but must have own propane tank.

This home was awesome. It was well kept and spacious. We all loved the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom. It was a short walk to beach, restaurants and attractions. Great location! I would highly recommended this home to anyone looking to visit OCMD. I hope to return in the future!

This property was in the perfect location. Walking distance to most and a short bus ride to others. The property was super clean, homey, and the perfect amount of space for 10 of us. Can’t wait to hopefully stay here again one day!

We were in town for a week long dance competition. This lovely home was only 2 blocks away from the Roland E Powell convention center. Local restaurants and shops were within short walking distance. Centrally located yet outside of the boardwalk chaos. Quiet, relaxing, and clean. Solid choice if visiting the area with family.

Family had a great time. Ate out a lot. Great restaurants in the area. Took granddaughters to water park, boardwalk, and beach. They enjoyed the pool too. Adults and kids had a fun time. House in a good location. Overall, a very special vacation for us.

First of all our host Kim was awesome from first communication to checkout. I met her at the site after she emailed the place was ready. We stayed Father’s Day Weekend but got down Thursday afternoon. Place is immaculate and newer. The first floor has queen bed along with bunk beds with divider screen and balcony on the canal. 2nd floor has kitchen and living/dining with sliders to really nice Trex deck along with king size bedroom with own full bath. 3rd floor has two masters with king size beds with big bathrooms. One has small deck overlooking canal. Place was spotless and the ladies loved how it was decorated throughout. Would absolutely stay here again after staying years ago at Sunset Pier around 62nd street. This setup was perfect! They also have a pool that you can use too. Great stay thanks Kim! Ed & Tracie

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was large, comfortable, quiet and extremely clean. The location was great as you aren’t far from the beach but still have privacy on your balcony. We would absolutely stay here again!
