Welcome to your dream getaway! This beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is ideally located just steps from the beach! No need to worry about crossing a the street! You can enjoy stunning views of both the bay and the ocean from your 2nd floor balcony! You can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a cocktail at the end of day and watch the sun set.
Notes
There is an outside storage closet that guest can use for their beach chairs, boogie boards etc but it doesn not lock. It is located right by the front door of the condo door. There is 2 parking spots that are numbered “203” and are side by side on the right hand side by steps, under building. Please note since that high clearance vehicles may not be able to park under building. Street parking is available on first come first serve. Bike & beach chair rentals available. Inquire with host.
Access
Please complete the check in form & rental agreement in order to receive your check in instructions. They will be sent 48 hours (4:30 pm) prior to arrival if all documents are completed. Please check spam folder if you don’t see them and if not there, contact host. If you will be arriving after our office hours, please make sure you have all of your check in information. We want your check in to be smooth and quick but you have to do your part also.
Transit
You can take the bus, ride bikes, uber or walk. We offer bike, beach chair & umbrella rentals for your convenience. Inquire with your host.
Interaction
Welcome to the gorgeous Silver Shore Condo! Host will send your check in information 48 hours (4:30pm) prior. Please be sure have check in form and rental agreement completed in order to receive them! Your host is always available for questions 8:30 a.m. – 5 pm. After hours please email for non emergencies. There is an after hours emergency contact during your stay. Please make sure this is for emergency purpose. If you are going to be checking in after our office closes, please make sure you have all of your check in information with you in order to access condo & for parking instructions.
Neighbourhood
Located on 84th Street, you are close to many great restaurants and local hang outs! Enjoy some pizza at Lombardi’s , pit beef and seafood at Bull on the Beach and a little hidden gem for some great food and cocktails, visit Liquid Assets! The beach is steps from the condo so no need to worry about crossing any streets and if you want to head to the boardwalk or Jolly Rogers, it’s a short drive or bus ride! Close enough to all the fun without all the noise and hassle!
Space
This newly remodeled, new listing is your perfect beach getaway! With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths you have all the space you need for the family but enough room to move around. With over 1000 sq. ft., you can enjoy some elbow room if needed! The main bedroom has an en suite with another full bath located right beside the bunk room! No need to worry about the kids using your bathroom as they have their own! Further down the hall you will find a well stocked kitchen that has all the necessities you will need to prepare a homemade meal anytime you want! It’s also equipped with the a coffee pot for your morning “pick me up” & a blender for those frozen drinks! No need to hand wash your dishes, just place them in the dishwasher and let it do the rest of the work! Off the kitchen you have the laundry room for your conveniences. With an open floor plan you can enjoy watching tv or talking to your friends and family while preparing your meals or cocktails. There is plenty of sitting room inside or you can step out onto the balcony and enjoy the fresh air! Silver Spoons Condo is your beach getaway!
House Manual
House & Condo Rules
1. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, and medical marijuana—is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
2. Pet Policy: We maintain a strict no-pet policy.
3. Registered Guests Only: For safety and compliance with State of Maryland regulations, only guests listed on the reservation are permitted overnight. Please disclose the names and ages of all guests. Unapproved extra guests are grounds for immediate eviction without a refund.
4. Liability Waiver: All units are privately owned. The homeowners and management company are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings/valuables while on the premises. By accepting this reservation, guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property.
5. Furniture Care: Please keep the property and furnishings in good order. Do not move furniture for any reason, as it can easily scratch or tear the flooring.
6. Fireplaces: Gas and natural wood-burning fireplaces are strictly off-limits at all times. Only electric fireplaces may be used, and only during the off-season.
7. Appliance Use: Please use all appliances only for their intended purposes. Damage or destruction of appliances is considered a civil issue, and the owner will seek to recover repair or replacement costs.
8. Parking Rules & Fees: There is a $60 parking fee for your first car. A second car is $25 per day or $65 per week. Each unit has specific parking instructions (please see the agent for details). Trailers are not permitted on Ocean City streets without a proper permit.
9. Pool & Parking Passes: Loss or damage of required passes is the sole responsibility of the renter. Please check the property’s “house book” within 4 hours of check-in to ensure all passes are accounted for. If anything is missing, email Kim immediately so you are not charged upon checkout. Unreturned pool passes incur a $30 fee per pass (prices subject to change).
10. Washer & Dryer / Sand Warning: You are welcome to use the washer and dryer; however, you must thoroughly shake out all sand from clothes and towels before washing. Sand causes severe plumbing clogs. If a plumber is required due to sand blockages, a service fee of $95–$300 will be passed on to the guest (depending on the time of call/holidays).
11. Balcony & Walkway Etiquette: The condo association strictly prohibits hanging towels or clothing over railings, as well as grilling of any kind on decks or walkways, unless specifically instructed otherwise.
12. Noise & Parties: We ask that you respect our neighbors. No loud parties, excessive noise, or unregistered overnight guests. If the police or property management are called for a valid noise complaint, guests will be removed from the property with no refund.
13. ID Requirement: All guests must upload a valid Government ID in order to reserve the property and receive access instructions, or present it when checking in at our office.
