Access
The agent will send all details no later than 48 hours before your arrival. Please note that details will only be sent if your check-in form and rental agreement are fully signed and completed. If these are not submitted, you may not automatically receive your information, which could affect your check-in time.
To access the pools, please print a copy of your rental agreement. If you have any trouble printing it, just let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to assist you!
Transit
Feel free to enjoy a run, walk or bike ride in the community. If going to Ocean City, MD beaches, you are approx. 7-9 miles drive. Ocean Pines also has a ferry that goes back and forth to Ocean City for a nice ride via the Assawoman Bay! Bike’s, beach chairs and umbrella rentals available. Inquire with host.

Important Community Note:
Due to Ocean Pines community regulations, hosts are not permitted to purchase pool passes in advance. To obtain pool access, guests must visit the Ocean Pines Beach Club or Aquatics office and present a copy of your rental agreement along with a valid state-issued ID. Pool passes can then be purchased directly through the community. For the most up-to-date information on Ocean Pines amenities, pool schedules, and community policies, please visit the official Ocean Pines Community website.
During your stay, you’ll also be just a short drive from Ocean City’s beautiful sandy beaches, championship golf courses, local restaurants, marinas, wineries, breweries, and family-friendly attractions throughout the Eastern Shore.

For safety and property protection, non-audio security cameras are located at the front door and backyard. These are only used in case of emergencies and are not actively monitored.

House & Condo Rules
1. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, and medical marijuana—is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
2. Pet Policy: no cats allowed
3. Registered Guests Only: For safety and compliance with State of Maryland regulations, only guests listed on the reservation are permitted overnight. Please disclose the names and ages of all guests. Unapproved extra guests are grounds for immediate eviction without a refund.
4. Liability Waiver: All units are privately owned. The homeowners and management company are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings/valuables while on the premises. By accepting this reservation, guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property.
5. Furniture Care: Please keep the property and furnishings in good order. Do not move furniture for any reason, as it can easily scratch or tear the flooring.
6. Fireplaces: Gas and natural wood-burning fireplaces are strictly off-limits at all times. Only electric fireplaces may be used, and only during the off-season.
7. Appliance Use: Please use all appliances only for their intended purposes. Damage or destruction of appliances is considered a civil issue, and the owner will seek to recover repair or replacement costs.
8. Parking Rules & Fees: There is a $60 parking fee for your first car. A second car is $25 per day or $65 per week. Each unit has specific parking instructions (please see the agent for details). Trailers are not permitted on Ocean City streets without a proper permit.
9. Pool & Parking Passes: Loss or damage of required passes is the sole responsibility of the renter. Please check the property’s “house book” within 4 hours of check-in to ensure all passes are accounted for. If anything is missing, email Kim immediately so you are not charged upon checkout. Unreturned pool passes incur a $30 fee per pass (prices subject to change).
10. Washer & Dryer / Sand Warning: You are welcome to use the washer and dryer; however, you must thoroughly shake out all sand from clothes and towels before washing. Sand causes severe plumbing clogs. If a plumber is required due to sand blockages, a service fee of $95–$300 will be passed on to the guest (depending on the time of call/holidays).
11. Balcony & Walkway Etiquette: The condo association strictly prohibits hanging towels or clothing over railings, as well as grilling of any kind on decks or walkways, unless specifically instructed otherwise.
12. Noise & Parties: We ask that you respect our neighbors. No loud parties, excessive noise, or unregistered overnight guests. If the police or property management are called for a valid noise complaint, guests will be removed from the property with no refund.
13. ID Requirement: All guests must upload a valid Government ID in order to reserve the property and receive access instructions, or present it when checking in at our office.
